
Dr Tatenda Nyabvudzi is a Lecturer and Psychometry Programme Coordinator in the Department of Psychology, with extensive experience in psychometrics, career development, and workplace psychology. She has worked in both academia and industry, applying psychological principles to workplace and career-related challenges.
Her research interests include Workplace and Career Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Psychometric Evaluation and Assessment. She is particularly passionate about understanding how psychological factors influence individual well-being, especially in the open labour market.
Dr Nyabvudzi has contributed to research projects and has published in accredited journals on topics related to career development, decent work, and workplace technology. She also serves as a reviewer for an academic journal and actively engages in research collaborations.
Her teaching focus includes psychometric assessment, ethics, and research methods. She employs interactive and student-centered teaching approaches to equip students with the necessary skills for professional success.
Dr Nyabvudzi is committed to bridging the gap between psychological research and practical workplace applications, preparing students for diverse career paths in psychology.
